Thursday's Happenings!

After the carpet was clean, the man said that it takes 3-5 hours to dry--well since that is the room that the baby can play in safely--I had to do something that took us out of the house--so we went to one of my favorite stores--Target--Alexis got a new pair of shoes and a top--I bought Little Kevin shoes and big Kevin some shorts--He likes to get out of his work clothes when he comes home--and these looked very comfy. I also looked over the maternity section---ohhh, the clothes are darling---I almost picked a top up---I wish I did---but I have quite a few months left to buy some maternity clothes---I really want some cute things this year. Last year I wasn't too picky--but this year, I want to do things differently. This morning we woke up early--we had breakfast--eggs, whole wheat toast, mandarin oranges and cottage cheese for breakfast--then we went to the Post Office, I bought some Thank You cards to send out, then I took them to the park, Carl's Jr for lunch and to Michael's to get Alexis a craft. Kevin is now napping, Alexis is playing with her new Craft--and I am about to start the washer, prep dinner---and I keep smiling every time I walk past my clean carpet--it is glorious...LOL.

Here are pictures of Alexis on the day of her recital--Beautiful--she danced to the *Sound of Music's* *The Lonely Goathearder*

How precious! She is just adorable. I really wish I would have gotten a chance for girly things--maybe a granddaughter--one day!

Julieann,

You have such a lovely blog!! (And one of my very favorite names :o) Your little girl looks lovely - dance recitals are the best, aren't they? Congratulations on your pregnancy! It's neat to have another preggo bloggin' mama to check in on! Praying that the Lord grants you a very healthy and joyful pregnancy!
