Am I the only one that did not know about this? My sister had two of these on her daughter's door---one to hold shoes and the other one to hold the BARBIES!!!! I was completely speechless at the brilliancy of this--what a great way to organize Alexis's dollies!!! So then I start telling my friends about this, and they all say--oh yeah, it is great--like they all knew...LOL. I guess I am the last to know--but just in case you don't know, I am posting this wonderful tip on how to organize your dolls:) I am going to go get one today--I am so excited--I have all of Alexis's dolls in a big Tupperware, so this is going to be so nice, she can see all her dolls and play better.

It works well for beanie babies and other small stuffed animals too. I also used to have one hanging in my coat closet for gloves, hats and other assorted bit and pieces.
Hehe your too funny Julieann! I have a few of them laying around somewhere There neat but can get annoying with always having something thunking on the doors (with heavy shoes)
It is a great way to organize many things. It is a great idea, whoever thought of it. Your daughter will love having her dolls where she can see them better. connie from Texas
I've heard of it, but never actually went to use it.
I was just thinking the other day I want 4 of them, one for each of the bedroom doors and one for the laundry room door. I have been organizing and reducing here. I think and ponder a long time before I go with a particular method
I think its a great thing for dollies/barbies if they will put them back in there :)
I've heard of them, but don't own one. I know the girls could use one in their room...they have way too much stuff! LOL

Julieann,
I really like the narrow one you posted. I have a metal one that grates on both sides of the door as the door closes. Should you locate one just as the one pictured, would you please share where you found it? Glad your Grammy is home. :-) Thanks for all the great ideas and inspiration.

I actually have one in my coat closet in the living room area. It holds our gloves, scarves, and husbands work caps, and winter hats in the winter. In the summer, it holds flip flops and sunblock, cooton hats for the kids, and umberellas.
I used to store my kids art supplies in it!
I have seen them before but never thought to use them for the girl's stuff. I have to get one now!
Thank you Julieanne for posting this.
I don't have one of those organizers either. But it looks like a must have.
I'm all about getting organized.
My friend had a teensy linen closet in her bathroom and hung one of these up to store all her girly things in- nail polish, qtips, eye mask, etc. It was ADORABLE seeing it all neatly stored that way! :)
