Hi Julieann....it looks great!! I have a question to ask you. I have a porcelin sink also. Do you mind when you do pans or whatever in the sink it marks it? I have to use a dishpan in mine. Do you use one? Do you put it under the sink when you are done using it? I love your blog and I love reading your posts. Have a blessed day!!!

Comet or Barkeepers Friend work great for porcelain sinks, as does baking soda!

What a unique sink area. I love that you have a great view while you are working!

Hi Betty -Jo---I just wash everything in my sink--and then I do what Tracy suggested--Comet. I do have a rubber pad in the middle---but only because my grandma bought it and said I have to have it there...LOL--I will take a picture of it for you.

Also, thank you for kind words about my blog!

I **love** your corner sink with the view!!! I've posted my shiny sink on my blog and linked to it through your Mr. Linky.

TY Julianne. I've been "shining" my sink for a couple years now. I believe in "maintenance" in our homes. Its much easier to maintain just about anything having to do with clutter and cleaning :)

My white sink likes Comet for scrubbing and Great Value bleach spray cleaner for stains.
I would much rather have a stainless steel sink than this white one though.

Thank you Julieann and Tracy. The comet worked awesome. I shined my sink this morning. I have a couple little gray spots from the pan scraping against the porcelin...I just need to find something to take that out and I will be very happy.
Blessings!

Wow ! I wish my sink was old like yours. My sink looks like it was salvaged from a sunken ship!!

Cute idea...I will pass...I would not want to shock the others will the age of my sink!

I am so excited about joining your shiny sink challenge. I don't know personally any women who would take so much pride in not only a shiny kitchen sink, but in a clean kitchen as well.
