Hello!! Today is Thursday---and I am really feeling pregnant today. I was able to sleep last night--yay--but then half way through the morning---I got really nauseous---yucky!!! I did all I could do to get Alexis ready and off to school--I got the cold sweats, oh it was awful--I had so wished I had help at that moment, I wanted to call my husband and cry and tell him how bad I felt. As, I was walking back to my car, a mother started talking to me, and I guess she saw I was not feeling good, (I am usually a chatter box..LOL) and said she would bring Alexis home for me after school if I still felt bad--what a sweet lady--I told her Thank you and said I just needed to get home and lay down. Well, I am home and feeling better---I have never had morning sickness with any of my children, I have been nauseous in the past when I wasn't pregnant, I do have a tender tummy---so I am not sure--okay, I am rambling. I wanted to post this, because when I look back on my blog, I will remember this day--the good and the not so good----Blech!!! I have let the laundry pile up--and I so need to get it done---The downstairs is nice and tidy--the kitchen is clean--I have a plan for dinner--I vacuumed--so that is good. Now, if I can stay feeling pretty good, I really need to pay attention to the upstairs---I have some tiding up to do up here--so if you visit me today--don't feel bad, if I don't invite you upstairs (giggles) Oh the joys of pregnancy.
On to other news: I read yesterday that Michelle Duggar is due to have her 17th baby in July--Bless her heart--she is such an inspiration----I have seen/read about other large families, but hers is the one that really catches my interest. When I grow up I want to be just like her (LOL)
Remember my chicken I wanted to use up yesterday--well I didn't have as much as I thought, so I cooked up a few more pieces---cubed it all up--added celery, green onions, carrots, chedder and monteray cheese--a can of mushroom soup--mixed it all together and put it in a casserole dish---see--->
Then I topped it with bisquick mix, milk and an egg and baked it----it was a mock chicken pot pie--->
It disappeared--everyone enjoyed it. I also made a green salad to go with it.
Thursday's To do's:
Get all the laundry out of Tony's room
Vacuum upstairs---also either sweep up the stairs to get the cheeze it's Alexis spilled--get Kevin to carry vacuum on stairs for me--or just let the dog have at it.
Swish toilets and Lysol everything--not sure if I am coming down with something or if it is pregnancy related----
Laundry, laundry, laundry!!
I have cubed steak out for dinner---I am either going to make chicken fried steak--or stuff them---I will keep you posted:)
Have a wonderful and blessed day xoxoxox

Hi, oh I was so pleased to get your comment on my blog---WooHoo!
thank you for your sweet comments back. Yes, my family loves the beach, we go there several times a year. I think I feel closest to the Lord when I am walking along this BIG vast, body of water.
I have been lurking around your blog for several weeks, I do think we have alot in common.
By the way, my girls are begging me o make you Bagels. We copied the recipe down the day you posted it!
April 27th, you don't have that much longer. I had morning sicknes with all 4 of my girls, the last 2 months were my best months.
Isn't it amazing how you are instantly HEAD OVER HEALS for someone you just met!!!! You are a good momma, and you deserve some sweet time with your new little one!
Blessings, and I hope you feel better today!

Oh no! I'm sorry to hear you were feeling sick this morning! How nice of that mom to help you out with Alexis! Your dinner looks so good! I have a similar leftover chicken mixture in my fridge. I made hot chicken and gravy sandwiches last night so I'm thinking I can add some vegetables to it and then top it with bisquick. Can you give me the measurments you used?!! Thank you!!
Hugs,
Kelli

Hi Julieann,
I sure hope you are feeling better this afternoon...I know from experience how awful it is to feel poorly at the end...even when we don't have time for it! LOL I was sick 24/7 the entire pregnancy with my twins, and then at least 5 months with all the rest. Plus I've always gotten sick again at the end. Bless your little heart...you're in my prayers!
Your pot pie looks yummy!
Have a great evening!

I enjoyed visiting you rblog! I linked over form some where, LOL I can't remember right now! Anyway, I see you are preggo! So is my niece in Paraguay, but she is only 5 months, not quite up to your level of uncomfortable!
It was neat to see you mention Michelle Duggar. I loved the TV special about them.Di you see the new house! AWESOME and I feel they are so deserving of it. God bless!
I am glad you're feeling better!
Your casserole looks delicious! (o:
Now that my baby is 3 months - I'm wishing I had some of that pregnancy energy to get some things done.
What a sweet friend you have :)
Julieann, I'm so sorry you weren't feeling well this morning... My weakness, especially during pregnancy, is a tender tummy too, and I can sooo relate. Mostly I felt sick in the first trimester, but toward the end I always had a few mornings where I felt just awful!! Hopefully it's just a fluctuating pregnancy hormone thing, and not a stomach bug!! And hopefully you'll be feeling like yourself again tomorrow morning. I am amazed at how much you still manage to get done!! :-)
17 babies, my goodness, I would LOVE to have so many children if I could possibly manage it. Each time I have a baby it takes me longer to get my energy back and lose the weight... I don't know how this amazing woman does it, but she is an inspiration isn't she?!
Good idea with the baby book... I think I will do that!! :-)
Wow! You do your 15 yr old's laundry?? Maybe the difference is I have 4 kids.... I started my oldest 2 learning to do their own when they were ABOUT 9 and 10 (maybe a bit older...?).... but I guess it was out of necessity.... I was really exhausted with being anemic and not taking care of it....plus I had 2 younger kids....7 and 4 yrs old (plus homeschooling...)...but the nice thing is now they are 13 and 14 and do their own completely independent of me--Yay!!! Not that I'm dissing you!! We're all different and God loves variety!! I'm so happy for you having a baby... I'd love to have another... I find the Duggars are a little unusual, but bless them they are doing an amazing job and will raise some incredible kids! I think my secret hmm what would you call it.. um desire is to have a large family like that.... maybe not quite that large but I love the 'family' aspect of it... the togetherness..I read some threads on the net about them and was annoyed at the comments people made about how wrong they were to live like this etc... How do people think they have the right to legislate how people live their lives- especially when it's so obvious how well things are working out with them all.....sorry to ramble on on your blog....lol... hope you don't mind...
Have a wonderful day..
Heather
