Last night I made
Susan's meatballs and brown gravy, my family loved it--especially my daughter:)
I made brussel sprouts as the veggie to go along with it--I cut them in fours and saute them until they get crispy on the outside-->

Then as Susan suggested, I made some rice---> (that is my rice steamer)

Ta-
Da!!! Here it is plated up. This was something my family enjoyed, it was easy and it was different. Thank you Susan.

I made the gravy with the bouillon cube too, it came out great. Easy cleanup too, because the meatballs were cooked in the oven.

I found my way here via "Cherish he Home" and may I say you have a lovely blog.
This meal looks wonderful! I've always made rice (brown rice) the long way which takes forever and a day. I'm loving your rice steamer here. I think I may definitely benefit from one. Will have to look into that. Thank you for sharing :)
It looks delicious, Julieann!!! I'm so glad your family liked it. It always tickles me when I pass along a recipe that people like.
