My little Blue parakeet died today. I buried her in my yard. I cried for her, because I loved her.
I put a note with her , and wrote that now she can fly free. My mother absolutely loved parakeets, so hopefully she will take care of her in heaven...

Dear Julieann, so sorry to hear about your sweet little bird. I had a large grey parakeet many years ago that I absolutely loved. He was so smart. He talked so well and had a large vocabulary. He even knew his address! I really enjoy your blog site. I don't have one myself, but have thought about starting one. We aren't too far from each other. I live in Upland.
