Roasted Asparagus

This is how I made my asparagus last night for dinner.
I broke the tough ends of the stalk off, layered them on a foil lined cookie sheet, a little oil and salt and pepper. Roasted the asparagus in a 425 degree oven for ten minutes.
They are so good, and I did not have any leftovers:)

Hi Julieann, I do this too, but also put olive oil, sea salt and ground pepper covering foil then placing on the grill!!! Both ways are wonderfully delishous!!!

This looks yummy! I've seen many people share about doing their asparagus this way, but I've never tried it. Now I'm going to! :)
