Ciabatta Bread Update:)

This is what the dough looked like after 18 hours of rising This is the bread right out of the oven
Look how nice and rustic it looks on my cutting board.

Look at the inside--It tasted wonderful. I still have some left, so I think it would make perfect croutons!
Thanks for looking and let me know if you make this bread. I will definitely be making this again, and again, and again....:)
Oh just in case you missed it, the recipe and video on how to make this bread is in the post below this one.
Happy Wednesday!

Hi Julieann
The bread looks so yummy, I am going to try it but I couldn't hear the video you had on your blog, all I heard was Little house on the prairie:) which was nice but I would love to hear the instructions? I will ask my daughter about going on that site you had it posted on

Julieann,

Your bread looks so yummy!! I didn't realize it had to rise so long though, that might actually be easier than having to watch it so closely like I do in the summer with regular sandwich bread. Thanks for the review, I will have to give it a whirl sometime soon. I loves this type of bread. =)

It looks like a loaf you would buy at Panera or someplace like that! I am totally impressed! I was waiting to see what you thought - now I'm ready!
