Dinner at Red Lobster

We try and go at least once a week out to dinner as a family this week we went to Red Lobster :)
Good times!!
No dirty dishes for me...weeeeeeeeeeeee...LOL

Buffalo Wing Dinner

Phenomenal Dinner!!

They cooked up really nice. You can  cook in the oven, or you could use the air fryer or old fashioned frying :)

I served them with risotto rice and celery sticks :)

SPROUTS

I went to Sprouts today
(yes it was raining...lol)

I bought this new to me collagen supplement.  I will just add it to my water :)

I need help...lol.  My hair has a thinned so much.

These protein bites are the best ever...can I just say, I am obsessed???!!!

They are so yummy!

You can find these either at Sprouts or Amazon...

My Nutritional Yeast!!  It is such a yummy cheese substitute

You can find this pretty much in all food stores now.....I can't find it at Target yet.....

                                        

Crafty Books ♥️

I went to the Goodwill and bought a bunch of old books

I picked out the sizes specifically for my idea.

I then painted all the covers of the books white. You can paint them whatever color matches your life. I like white. Clean and fresh.

I am going to write the name of each family member on the side of each book.

I tied it with a beautiful ribbon as you can see

I really love how these turned out.

I like them plain too

I will write my family names on them though.

BROCCOLI AND BEEF

       

I made Broccoli Beef and it turned out AMAZING!!!

The house smelled amazing and that is by far most important.

In a crockpot I put a slowcooker bag, then sprayed it with veggie spray.  I then put sliced onion, chopped garlic, a couple pours of soy sauce and veggie broth.....I added the beef stew meet, and cooked on low ALL DAY!!!  The meat came out sooooooo tender...... I steamed the broccoli on the side.  You can add the broccoli last minute to mix in the flavor or you can just add it to the plate when you plate it. It can be served over rice or egg noodles...both go great.
