This is by the best Banana Bread recipe ever. I have been making it forever. It is a no nut recipe, because we are a no nut household, but you could surely add nuts for your own bread.
Yum! No nuts for us either. My recipe is very similar but uses oil instead of butter. I bet the butter adds great flavor. I'll try it the next time I make banana bread.
