~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
This week is going to be a super busy one.
School starts back up and we are doing a little bit of home renovations.  With Thanksgiving and all the shenanigans going on this week, I am behind on laundry.  I thoroughly enjoy laundry, so i don't mind, I just don't like having so many clothes in the basket that someone might want that day.  I will get it done, it will just take a little time.
Ponderings in my head.
Christmas
Getting a new planner, trying to find the perfect one.
Happy Planner? Erin Condren?
Picking out new pajamas for everyone, tee hee.  That is a tradition, I will probably be doing forever...lol
The weather this week in North Georgia
 is going to be quite chilly.
I made a huge donation to Goodwill, I am getting rid of so much stuff I have held on to for years.  It is so freeing to let go. I make donations on the regular, but this one was quite different.  It was huge!!!!
On my camera was a picture of my table for Thanksgiving!
Me
The CHRISTmas season has begun!!
Every Christmas I make a birthday cake for Jesus.
For my devotional, I want to share one of my most favorite songs.  This surely brings tears to my eyes. I am God's girl, y'all.
LIVING HOPE
Lyrics 🎵
How great the chasm that lay between usHow high the mountain I could not climbIn desperation, I turned to heavenAnd spoke your name into the nightThen through the darknessYour loving kindnessTore through the shadows of my soulThe work is finished, the end is writtenJesus Christ, my living hope
Who could imagine so great a mercy?What heart could fathom such boundless grace?The God of ages stepped down from gloryTo wear my sin and bear my shameThe cross has spoken, I am forgivenThe king of kings calls me His ownBeautiful savior, I'm yours foreverJesus Christ, my living hope
Hallelujah, praise the one who set me freeHallelujah, death has lost its grip on meYou have broken every chainThere's salvation in your nameJesus Christ, my living hope
Hallelujah, praise the one who set me freeHallelujah, death has lost its grip on meYou have broken every chainThere's salvation in your nameJesus Christ, my living hope
Then came the morning that sealed the promiseYour buried body began to breatheOut of the silence, the roaring lionDeclared the grave has no claim on me
Then came the morning that sealed the promiseYour buried body began to breatheOut of the silence, the roaring lionDeclared the grave has no claim on meJesus, yours is the victory, whoa!
Hallelujah, praise the one who set me freeHallelujah, death has lost its grip on meYou have broken every chainThere's salvation in your nameJesus Christ, my living hope
Hallelujah, praise the one who set me freeHallelujah, death has lost its grip on meYou have broken every chainThere's salvation in your nameJesus Christ, my living hope
Jesus Christ, my living hopeOh God, you are my living hope
Thank you for visiting my little corner on the net.
Banana Bread #YUM
 This is by the best Banana Bread recipe ever.
I have been making it forever.
It is a no nut recipe, because we are a no nut household, but you could surely add nuts for your own bread.
Enjoy!
These are not my nails, but I am thinking of getting my nails done for the holidays, I have not had my nails done for awhile....
so I was thinking..red or green..mmmmm
Then I have been playing with making Christmas tags..these are supposed to look old...lol
Ponderings
I am thinking of all the things that I need to do and get done, I am hosting Thanksgiving and Christmas, plus doing all the homemaker mom stuff.
Reading List
I have been trying to finish my books but to no avail, I haven't had a chance.
I sometimes put an audible and do my running, but I went for a run yesterday and was not prepared for the cold weather to hit me in the face and freeze my ears.  If you ever see a runner with ear muffs, it is probably me.  My husband teases me, but I don't care.  I wasn't able to run long, because I didn't dress warm enough.
Speaking of Weather, here it is for North Georgia!🥶
Dallas, Georgia, y'all, not Texas...tee hee
Jesus is incredible and He's worth following with your whole life!!
Have I mentioned I am God's girl?🤍
Well I am and he is my rock.  I start off my week with church and God is the reason for my every days.
I thank him for the up's and the down's.
I know everything in my life is happening for a reason and thank God every day for my beautiful days.
I cry when I think of what Jesus did for us..
Just remember, if you feel broken and can no longer stand,
Kneel and know God loves you!
Happy Friday!
 I hope everyone is having a nice Friday.  It is a wet day today, not too cold, just wet.  It's the kind of rain that just drizzles all day enough to be annoying...LOL. My little dog, doesn't like it either. It is hard to go potty in grass when you have little legs.
I had to take my youngest (15) to the doctor for his epi pen refill.  I am grateful for the epi pen!!!  Having a nut allergy can be scary.
I am not quite sure what our Family Fun Night will entail for tonight.  Sometimes we like to go and just get takeout and have a cozy night at home .
I will be doing a video on my Christmas Notebook.  I think that will be fun to do.  I am so excited for the holidays.
Here is a little video of snippets of my week.
I hope you enjoy it.  Let me know you were here with a comment or a wave..
I am so very glad you are here!
This was an extradentary busy week, and I loved it.
Our weather is amazing...I MEAN AMAZING!!  In the 80's this week.  My heating and AC are thinking I have lost my mind...ac on, ac off, heat on heat off...lol
I started decorating and I am loving it so much.
I made a donation box of things I have decided to retire, hoping some else might enjoy it for awhile.
I also started a pile of food donation for my youngest son school.
We will drop that off Friday
🤍Weekly Menu Plan🤍
I am feeling really happy.
I had something that made me very upset, but I worked through it with God.  I did a lot of praying and talking to him.
I am God's girl.
I am my biggest critic and sometimes I am very hard on myself.  I need to learn to be kinder to me :)
Church Sunday was
Amazing!!!!
From my Camera:
The buttery Garlic Knot from our local Italian restaurant we went to on Friday.
SOOOOO YUMMY!!!!
On my To~Do List:
Put the finishing touches on my Thanksgiving Scrapbook, so it is ready for Thanksgiving for all to see from last year.
I give people disposable cameras and have them take pictures during our party.
Cook, Clean, Laundry
Vacuum Stairs
Finish decorating.
Paint a fall page for my book
finish painting a Holly on my frame
and this and that....
Be still and know that I am God!!
YES!
I always say, Let Go and Let God!
So, this is what I am sharing this week.
We all must be still in the quietness of our thoughts and know that God is with us and loves us with his heart and everything will work out and be okay.
He never says no, he might just be saying not yet.
🤍
Thank you for Visiting!
Christmas Cookies!!
 I am going to post some Christmas cookie recipes like I am doing with the soup recipes.  I am going to post my favorite cookie recipes and put them all in the sidebar for easy access.
I just love this time of year, it just is happy.  Jesus's birthday should be celebrated and I celebrate Jesus everyday, that is why I find nothing wrong with starting Christmas early.
