Blackened Tilapia :)

I cook the Tilapia in a cast iron skillet at high heat for 3 minutes on each side.

I put Emeril's Seasoning on them before I cook them.  I use a tiny bit of olive oil in the pan to avoid sticking:)

Thank you!!!! Sometimes, I feel like my menu ideas are very repetitive...I will have to work on that...LOL :)
