Today was my shopping day:) So, now I have a happy kitchen. I plan on baking some bread tomorrow!
For tonight's dinner I am making Kelli's Sour Cream Chicken Enchiladas. When it comes out of the oven I will take a picture to post .
Tomorrow, is usually dedicated to cleaning, so we shall see how much I can get done.
It was FREEZING today, the sun was warm, but the wind was so cold!

Oh, one more thing, I am roasting some garlic to make some hummus dip~~~I have to keep the Tahini out of it, because of my son's allergy. I hope it turns out good:)
