Chicken Ritz Casserole....with lots of cheese!!!




2 chicken breasts, cooked and deboned
1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
1/2 cup melted butter
1 to 2 sleeves buttery round crackers crushed Depends on how crunchy you want the top 1 Cup of cheddar cheese Bacon crumbles...optional

Place chicken on the bottom of a an oven safe casserole dish that is coated with butter or nonstick spray
The chicken should be chopped up into bite size pieces or shredded.  I used already cooked chicken and chopped it all up
Miz the soup and sour cream together and spread over the chicken
put the crumbled crackers all over the top and put the melted butter over all the crackers, try to get it all over the cracker mixture.
Put the cheddar cheese all over the crackers
Cover with foil and put in a preheated 375 degree oven for 30 minutes or until heated through.
Take out of oven, and remove foil, crumble cooked bacon over the top and place back in the oven uncovered for about 5 minutes!!
MMMM MMMM GOOD!!!
