I made beef jerky and it could not have been more easy!!
As the years go by and products get better and better, this jerky was an absolute breeze...and quiet...LOL
Beef Jerky Marinade – Dehydrator
Use this recipes for beef, venison, turkey or other game meats.
1 lb sliced meat
4 Tbsp soy sauce
4 tsp Worcestershire® Sauce
1 Tbsp tomato sauce
1 Tbsp grated ginger root (optional)
1/4 tsp black pepper (cayenne pepper for hotter jerky)
1 Tbsp curry powder (optional)
2 cloves garlic
OR USE:
1 packet NESCO®/American Harvest® Orginal jerky seasoning
1 packet jerky cure
Marinate the meat for 4 to 6 hours, then drain.
Place in your Nesco®/American Harvest® Dehydrator on dehydrator trays at the highest temperature for 6 to 8 hrs to dry.

You could use a store bought marinade...this is what I used this time, pictured below.... but I also use the recipe above. Both are delightful..PROMISE!!!!
