Mom's Breakfast :)

Here is a picture of what I eat on some days.......

You all know I love my juicer...I'm telling you, it is the key to staying slim ;)

In the picture is "GREEN" juice...and then, a slice of toasted sourdough, mashed avocado <~~~Avocados are a good fat your body needs ..... an egg white...I also put a little slice of white cheese......

I love green juice! I was really bad sick years ago and had to do juicing! So helpful! I was catching up on your blog. I seen you make breakfast bowls for your husband. What do you put in them?
