3 Ingredient Breakfast Cookies

3 ripe bananas, 1/2 cup of chocolate chips.... 1 1/2 cups of old fashioned oats!

Bake 350° for  20 minutes .....

 Today is my sister’s birthday!

Happy Birthday to my beautiful sister. 

She is older than me....by just a few years... tee hee!!

Cucumber,Tomato and Feta 🥗

Cucumber Salad

 This is probably one of the simplest recipes ever and the most loved, too!

Simple always wins.

Ingredients:
1 English Cucumber
1 large tomato

1/3 Cup of Feta (crumbled)
3 to 4 tablespoons of Red Wine Vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste

Cut the cucumber in bit size pieces
Cut the tomato in bit size pieces

mix all ingredients together
VOUILA

You can peel the cucumber if you want.
That is why I use an English cucumber, so I don't have to peel it.
It is a clean veggie.
Regular cucumber I would most definitely wash, too many chemicals on the skin.

PS  I have also put Greek Dressing on this salad in place of vinegar...YUM MEEEE!!!

Kitchen Counter

I got this cute little sign at Target in their dollar spot.  It was perfect.  Simple and clean always wins with me...if there is too much going on, it makes me anxious....less is more...don't you think?

If some of you saw this post yesterday...it was just the one photo with the sign leaning on my counter.  I attached it to the wall above my counter.  I do not like anything on my counters.  I know I can't have everything off of it though.  The coffee makers have to stay on the counter.....
My Echo Show stays and a few other things...but if I had it my way..it would all be out of sight.

 

Spontaneous Errands...

 Do you ever go to bed with your plan for the next day all set....then you wake up thinking you have everything in order and then a slight wrench gets thrown in.  That was today.  Today is not usually my errand day as it used to be...I have had to switch around my schedule due to Virtual school...but today I had errands to run, and Target may or may not have been snuck in along with a Starbucks Monday...tee hee!!!

Tonight's dinner was fried pork and mushrooms and onions all cut to bite sized pieces, mashed potatoes and country gravy, peas and a nice green salad.

I did my Peloton, a thirty minute Interval and Arms workout...

I have not given up hope on the election, still hoping things work out for the best .....as I am sure you all are too.

This Saturday!!

 Woke up...early as usual

went to breakfast at Golden Corral..I just had coffee, not an early morning eater.

Costco..........got my water, coke, paper towel, toilet paper, Brine for my turkey, gum, Starbucks Mocha, Christmas lights, and ribbon.....
I then got home and ran my 3.5 miles, because the sun had come out and it was so nice and warm.

Dinner was Hamburgers, that I made with love :) 

Still holding out hope that honesty will prevail in our election....

Friday.........WOOHOO!!!!

 

Thursday :)

 Well, today, I am still holding out hope...I am keeping the faith....I just know things will work out for the best.....there will always be 2024...right?

Tonight's dinner was Roasted Chicken, Fried potatoes with broccoli and salad....homemade rolls were made too.

This week has been really pretty, weather wise.....Virtual school is going pretty well too....

Little Tree!!

 This is a smaller tree, but it it is so pretty.  It is a holographic tree and it lets off such a pretty glow.  I have been putting this tree out for years know...did I tell you , my main tree this year is white...and that is in honor of my Mother...I will tell you the story behind that soon.  I will put up a picture soon, my tree is stunning..and there may or may not be presents underneath right now......;)

 Christmas Gnome is here...every holiday so far, I have been getting a gnome to sit on my shelf to greet the front door...well, I found Christmas Gnome.....Did I show you my Halloween Gnome...hmmmmm...I can not remember......I'll get a picture up.....

Isn't he adorable.  I find these adorable gnomes at Marshall's, but I know they are everywhere.

Stress Reliever

 One way that helps me with stress...and lets be honest, I think this week has been stressful for all...I exercise.  My absolute favorite form of exercise is running...but my second love is my Peloton....OH, how I love her...mildly obsessed ...tee hee!!!!

Wednesday...the day after!

 I was up until 3:00 watching votes come in...I couldn't get my eyes off the tv.  I was praying hard, that our beloved President would pull through...I wholeheartedly believe and I have said a million times, if he does not win, it was not the people it was the shenanigans behind the voting process.  Certain government officials that want our president out will do anything to get it, including ruining the integrity of our elections... :(
