Weekly Menu Plan

in no particular order, mostly.

On Sunday instead of steak, we went to Costco and bought more steak!!

What a fun filled day Sunday was...Costco is always a good time!!

Lots of great stuff.

Cracker Barrel was also on the menu for brunch that day :0)

We also went to church and that is always the best!!  I am God's girl and need him every moment of every day and Sunday's are just so special

Sunday's dinner was just a mish mosh of foods...leftovers....

I spent a long time putting everything away.

 Can you believe today is the first day of Fall??!!

I know it is a favorite time of year for so many of us!

Starting October, I will make a video every single day. It may be a vlog or it may be a chat... a menu,  a haul or just me popping in.

It will be fun.

Here is my menu plan for this week that I jotted down.

One night of course will be out to eat.

We went to Red Lobster last week. The coffee is always good!!

I’m a vegetarian so I can’t comment on the lobster, but my son loved it ♥️

I inserted pictures of this night's dinner...Italian Sausage with white rice...I also served a salad.  On top of the sausage I put sauted peppers and onion

On Thursday I will be baking up a storm for the teachers for Friday...The teachers have a special day on Friday.  I will take pictures of all the desserts I make!

We managed to have a swimming day on Monday..it was so nice to be in the pool.
......BUT......fall weather is coming very soon.
I always say, I think I have cuter Fall clothes than summer...lol.

 Here we are again...another week, another plan..giggle!!

So this week was a little wonky with Labor Day and my daughter in and off school.

So, as I had mentioned previously my daughter chose Olive Garden for our Friday night dinner :)

It was delicious and best part was no dirty dishes...LOL

Their ranch dressing is the best!!!

Have you ever made ranch dressing?  You should, it is ohhhhhhhh, so good!!!

Then on Saturday I made dinner, we had homemade hamburgers: beef and vegan.....

Sunday was our usual, steak on the grill

On Monday...we went to Hibachi...here is a little pic I took at the Hibachi Grill.

Homemade nachos with lots of ooey, gooey cheese;  I have made this dish more times than I can count.

It is quick and easy and works well using leftovers.

I hope everyone is doing well and having a fantastic week.
It is still very warm here.
the early mornings have cooled off then it heats up to about 90 degrees.
I love running when it is is hot.
I hope to one day run a real a marathon...one day.

I am getting a new storm door, we have it, I am just waiting for Home Depot to put it up.  we apparently have have an odd door way...lol....

I had a lot of fun this weekend with my daughter, we went shopping and had lunch together.  Our mother daughter time is so very special and I cherish those times. 

Have any of you heard about the Chris Watts case?  I am obsessed with this case...I just can't fathom it..it totally baffles my mind. 

My home is all decorated for Fall and I love it!!!
Fall is a favorite of mine :)

Chicken Bwak Bwak and Salad

I hope you are having a glorious week.

Tonight was Chicken BWAK BWAK!!  I have made this dish several times.

First served is the salad...loaded with all sorts of veggies...fresh avocado is added along with shredded cheese!!

Next, is the entree!

Super easy, just egg noodles and leftover shredded chicken...in this dish, I added mushrooms that I had on hand.

You can even put some Parmesan cheese on it...scrumptious :)

Salt and pepper to taste !!

I love my white dishes...I think home cooked meals look so pretty against the whiteness of the plate.
