It rained all day Sunday and it was a cozy day.
Church was amazing and I love it so much.

I was working on getting my house in order after the party.  I hosted 16 people, and so I had a lot to put away and straighten.....BRING ON THE CHRISTMAS TREE!  I am ready....lol.

I have a record player and I had gotten some Christmas records last year, so I am super excited to start playing them again and Sirius radio is going to start their Christmas music soon.  I just love Christmas music.
One of my favorite Christmas songs ever is,
"Mary's Boy Child"

James 5:15, KJV: And the prayer of faith shall save the sick, and the Lord shall raise him up; and if he have committed sins, they shall be forgiven him. Pray, pray, pray!!
God listens. God answers prayers. God can perform miracles. God wants to hear from you. He loves us all, God is love. God is unconditional love.
I am God's girl ! I need God everyday, he is my rock and helps me in everything. Sometimes, if you look at me and I look like I am deep in thought, I am usually talking to God or praying or just thanking him for absolutely everything. God never says no, he may just be saying, not yet.

Important and Special dates Organizer

Pictures and Jell-o

 I saw this picture in the store and wanted to re-create it, so I did.....Mine is the second photo.  The first is courtesy of Joann's.

Next, my son had his braces rewired so his mouth is a bit sore. I made a big pot of soup and Jell-O!!!

Oh, if there is a memory I could attach to my child hood it would be Jell-O!!!

Today started out 55 degrees and it is warming up to 73 degrees.  Nice....
I changed course on my menu plan today and I am making Cream of Chicken over rice instead of Chicken Bwak Bwak.

I am making labels for the drink cups for my Birthday/Halloween party so everyone can write there name on the cup, so they don't get misxed up.

I will make sweet Tea and call it "Witches Sweet Brew"
and "Witches Unsweet Brew"
I am making worms and eyeballs
IE: Spaghetti and Meatballs.
I am so excited to kick off Decorating for Christmas after the last trick or treating knocks.
That tree is going up,
Pencil Pine!

I am doing this Sunday night, because I have a dental appointment Monday morning.
When I get back I will visit all the wonderful blogs.
I am soooooo loving this and I am so thrilled I found you all and Happy Homemaker Monday.

The weather starts out very cold, and then warms up considerably.  I went to Church this morning and was very cold and then when I got home, I was determined to get every stitch of laundry done.  I have a very big week this week.  I am throwing my Father in Law a birthday party and the guest count seems to be growing. Well I walked outside to do something about 3:30 and the sun was warm and the weather was gorgeous.  I put on my running shoes and ran my 3 miles..it was glorious!!!!

Here is our weather this week in North Georgia.

Outside my Window, are the beautiful houses and a neat and tidy lawn that my husband tended to today.  It is getting dark.....the days are getting shorter and soon we will be changing our cloaks and Christmas will be upon us....

Right now I am ..........sitting in my craft room/office and I am typing this post out.  I just finished with dinner and it was steak on the grill with baked potatoes.
What I am thinking and pondering: All the things that need to get done this week.  I really want my party to go well. Plus all my normal day to day things....

1 Corinthians 13:1
Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth.
Yes!!!  God is love and he is ever so patient and loves us so much.  We are his children.  You know how you love your children, that is how God loves each and everyone of us.  He knows every hair on our head,  He knows when we will be born and he knows the day we die, but in between he gives us free choice to how we will live this beautiful gift he gave us.

I can not wait to visit all your blogs!
I hope all who read here are blessed and happy.

This week is going to be a great one.  I love throwing parties. I also have to go to the dentist.  I am an odd one, I love going to the dentist and I am so appreciated that I can go.

🀍 I Am So Glad You Are Here 🀍

Today was a very productive day! In fact it has been a very productive week.  I got so many things done that I have been wanting to do.  I have been really working on my yoga, they are classes taught through Peloton, and I love them so much.  I am 52 and my body really appreciates the strecthing...it is so soothing and it gives me so much more energy, hence, I was able to accomplish so much and was better focused.

The Georgia sky was gorgeous today.
 I snapped this picture to hold it perfectly in time forever.

My porch has little touches of fall.
Pumpkins and mums, oh my!

I am sharing another drawing I did.
I really adore drawing flowers.

Here was our dinner tonight.  It was from my menu plan.  Like all things, it sometimes gets tweaked a little bit.

Picking out photos for my thumbnail tee hee!
They are pictures of me and what 52 looks like.

I hope you had a really great day.

I have another quote for you today that I read and want to share.  I am not sure who the author is, but it really hit home for me:

"I'm allowed to make a big deal out of things that feel really big to me"

YES!!!  So true!!!
We all have our own story and our story should never be dismissed or made to feel unreadable.
We all matter,
YOU METTER!!!!!!

🀍 Happy Wednesday 🀍

 Good Morning, Good Afternoon, Good Evening, whatever time finds you here, I want to offer a very big WELCOME!!!!!!

I hope all who come here to read and visit with me are well.  If you need some prayers, please let me know in the comments and I will add you to my prayers.  God listens, and he listens to me because I am his girl!

I turned the heat on for the first time this year...you know that smell that occurs the first time you turn it on...tee hee.

I am going to put a new tab together on my sidebar for Christmas cookies and their recipes.  I would love to have some of your recipes.  If you have a favorite Christmas cookie recipe, or just a cookie recipe that you would like  to share with me, I would love it.

I get so consumed with love and happiness during this time.  There is just something in the air.  Everyone seems to be a little kinder and a little more happy.  The Christmas lights always put me in a such a festive and Chrismasy <sp> mood, with a little pep in my step.

Here is a picture of my most favorite Christmas cookie.  They are an Italian Christmas cookie.....I am Italian.  I make them every Christmas and they must be made one at a time. Labor of love!

I can hear my washer swishing my laundry.
I love the everyday sounds that we have around the house.  Sometimes, when I am outside, and it is quiet it can transform my thoughts to a time when I was young and waiting for a ride home from high school, because I stayed back and missed the bus.  The quietness in my thoughts, the crispness in the air, reminding me I should have brought a sweater and how nice being inside my warm home will be. It brings me to a much simpler time.  It was hard though, I didn't have an easy time growing up, missing my Mama all the while trying to find my ownself.  As a young girl we always have so many questions to ask our moms, my dad tried, and my grandmother didn't think most of my questions deserved an answer, either I was too young, or they weren't  appropriate...etc...etc.  I grew up not knowing a whole lot about my self, I was very book smart but not very wise with the questions I had.  When I grew up, we didn't have Google...lol.

My father taught me the basics of cooking, and I thank him everyday for the sweet life skills he tried to instill in me.  He taught me how to do laundry, too.....his whites sparkled, my whites, not always...lol.  I try though, and I try with a whole a lot of love and care.

So with that said, tell me your favorite cookie :0)

Little Cheddar Meatloaves

 πŸ€Little Cheddar Meatloaves🀍

This recipe is something I have been making forever!!  So very long and a family favorite.
The original recipe is from, "Taste of Home" and it has been changed to our liking through the years.
I am so surprised I don't have more pictures of it.
 I will be sure to take some pictures tonight, since that is what I will be making for dinner.
It is on my Weekly Menu Plan.

Here is the recipe:

(Recipe courtesy of Taste of Home, picture is from me)
Ingredients:
1 large egg
3/4 cup whole milk
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese or a combo of Jack and Cheddar
1/2 cup quick-cooking oats
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 pound ground beef
**2/3 cup ketchup
1/2 cup packed brown sugar (Optional)
1-1/2 teaspoons prepared mustard

Directions:
  1. In a large bowl, whisk egg and milk. Stir in the cheese, oats, onion and salt. Crumble beef over mixture and mix well. Shape into 8 loaves; place in a greased 13x9-in. baking dish. In a small bowl, combine the ketchup, brown sugar and mustard; spoon over loaves.
  2. ***Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 25-30 minutes or until no pink remains and a thermometer reads 160°.

    ***( I don't put ketchup on them, I cook them on the stove and add cream of mushroom soup over the loaves and then I get a really awesome gravy )

*Happy Homemaker Monday* 🀍10-17-22 🀍

I am joining in for the first time on,
 "Happy Homemaker Monday" Hosted by Sandra.

Her blog is absolutely lovely!!
🀍🀍🀍

I want to tell everyone visiting a hello, and give you all a virtual hug!!!  I remember the days of "Monday Menu Plan" and I loved it so much, so I am absolutely over the moon excited to join in with this.  Yay!!

My name is Julieann and I am a wife and mother.  I have three children. 2 are adults and my youngest is 15...time flies by so fast.

I remember a quote someone had told me, and it comes across my mind often, some of you may have heard it:
"The days are long, but the years go fast"

Sunday and Monday are menu planning days.

The weather for the week:
I have to say the weather here has been beautiful.  I run daily and my favorite thing is to feel the warm sun on my shoulders.  I am taking full of advantage of the last of the warm days.  I am now in North Georgia, and the season's change..woohoo.  I lived so long in Southern California, where we had one season, summer, and one day of rain....lol.  I love the seasons so much.
With that said, it seems this week's forecast things are cooling off:

*As I look outside my window......

 I see a beautiful blue sky with just a few clouds without a raindrop in sight.  I see lawns manicured, still green, but you can see hints of fall turning brown, ever so lightly, but you can see it......imperfectly perfect, but perfect all the same.  The trees, the sky, flowers even the pumpkin I see are all from God.  The houses in my neighborhood are all beautiful and decorated to reflect who they are that live there.  I can see two homes from my window across my street, they are red brick, with round bushes around their homes and one home on the right has a fall wreath and in the center it says welcome 🀍

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Right now I am ..........sitting in my craft room/office and drinking a wonderful cup of Gingerbread coffee.  YUM!!!!!! Writing out this post and hoping you all enjoy itπŸ₯°
I, also, need to make my mammogram appt, I try and always do it in October in honor of my dearest friend.
How am I feeling:
I am feeling really well.  As I am older I have realized how important it is to stretch..it feels soooo good and it is the first thing I do every morning!!!
On my breakfast plate:
Nothing is on my breakfast plate.  I have been doing intermittent fasting for many years, so I do not eat until 4.
*Devotional: James 4: 8 - 10
     Draw near to God and He will draw near to you. Cleanse your hands, you sinners; and purify your hearts, you double-minded. 9 Be miserable and mourn and weep; let your laughter be turned into mourning and your joy to gloom. 10 Humble yourselves in the presence of the Lord, and He will exalt you.
God needs access to us.  I open my heart and fully love and trust our Father.  I am God's girl and I tell everyone.  He has been with me through it all.  He has smiled when I smiled and he has counted my tears and held me even closer.  I love him and without him I am nothing.  When I think of what Jesus did for us, it literally brings tears to my eyes.  I thank God everyday for being so loving and kind to me and helping me through each and every day.
