SOUP!!!!!!!
I am going to make this and let you all know.  It will be  semi homemade soup.  You know I am all about my soups right now.

A new Fall cup, of course!!  Isn't she beautiful.....

Okay, soooooo I made a cup of this tea...it is absolutely delightful, sooooo YUMMY!!!

SO FALLISH...Tee Hee!!!

Fall is such a wonderful time of year, it is the start of what's to come of the holidays and the seasons changing.  Warm sweaters, soups, fireplaces, hot chocolate, scarves, gloves, hats, halloween candy, orange, yellow and brown, pumpkin spice latte's, Halloween, Turkey, falling leaves, black Friday, apples, apple picking, chili, cornucopia hay, pumpkin patches, gourds, harvests, cool, happy, love and hugs!

This morning was the first morning, that it is was REALLY cold, I actually wore gloves....lol.  Cute ones though, have to stay cute...even in my 50's I still hang on to cute.  I ran three miles and before I ran, I did a 45 minute Grounded Yoga class from Peloton..It feels so good to stretch.  I have always been a runner but not a very faithful stretcher.  I have missed so much  Stretching gives me life and I think it helps my body stay lean too.

I hope this fall season you are able to find joy and beauty in the simple things that life has to offer. I hope you are blessed with good health, happiness and a lot of love.

Until next post, I bid you a gentle hug my dear readers.

I will be creating a  soup list on my blog of all the beloved soup recipes I have collected and made through the years.

If you have a recipe you would like to share, I would love that.  I can link to your blog or share it here.
I will post new soups several times a week for fall.  Keep coming back friends!

Fancy Fall Feet

I love, love, love polish!!

I have a wonderful polish collection and love to paint my toes.  I adore getting my nails done, but I usually end up just doing it myself...lol.
I love everything pink, but during the fall or holidays I love to change it up.  The polish I used on my toes was a beautiful very dark, burnt sienna type of color, kind of reminded me of pumpkin spice with the name.

I like my finger nails painted but for the polish to stay, I usually have to do gel, because I am constantly cleaning, scrubbing and taking care of my home, they chip if its normal polish.  Gel nails are such a commitment to color...lol

Fall is in the air and so are my toes...lol

I took off the pink and put a "SPICE IT UP" nail polish on by Revlon

Click on the link, it will take you to the polish :)

Happy Fall!

Stuffed Mushrooms

 Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients:

15 Mushrooms Button mushrooms with stems
2 green onions
2 slices of white bread, using the ends is good too. (sourdough works great also)
2 healthy splashes of Worcestershire Sauce
2 Cups of cheese..I use cheddar..you can use any yummy cheese you like
1 1/2 stick of  unsalted butter (Melt the half stick of butter in a bowl to use at the end)
Ghee used to butter the bottom of the baking dish

Preheat oven to 375'

Cook time 20 minutes

Clean all the mushrooms with a paper towel and get all the dirt off...snap stems off and put in bowl.
Stems are used for the filling.
Grease the bottom of the baking dish with Ghee and place cleaned up mushroom caps on dish.
Put the stems in a food processor along with two green onions.
Pulse until finely chopped.  No big pieces.
Melt one stick of unsalted butter in saute pan and once butter is melted add the filling from the food processor.  Use a spatula if you need to..
Cook until the filling is all moistened with the yummy butter.  Add the ripped up bread and mix until all is moistened into the the mixture as well.
Add the 2 healthy splashes of the Worcheshire sauce...mix in good
Add the 2 cups of cheese mix until everything is melted and ooey and gooey........

Use a small spoon and stuff those mushroom caps...fill them to over flowing.  Try and use all the stuffing.  Once all the mushroom caps are filled, brush the 1/2 stick of melted butter over all the stuffed mushrooms.

Put them in a preheated oven of 375' for 20 minutes.  Check on them at the 15 minute mark because everyone's oven is different.

Video is attached that follows along with the recipe.

Good Happy Morning!! A little Chit Chat :)

I started my day off with waking up, brushing my teeth, doing a Peloton yoga class, starting a load of laundry and putting on my running shoes and running three miles.  Oh, to just run feels amazing.  I want things to be simple.  I want life to be simple and happy.  I want to be with my little family. My precious blog holds so many memories and some memories have not been shared.  Some memories are not always my story, so I hold back a little of those things.  I share my thoughts and shenanigans though.  Something's that are not written may one day be shared.  I do love keeping a running journal of my life.  My daughter especially loves this blog and reads here often.  She is an adult now, and so beautiful and stunning.  She is smart!!!!

It is a beautiful September morning, the first day of Fall. but it felt like a hot summer day running this morning.  I so love the warm sun on my shoulders.  I am always cold so the hotter the better.  Who can relate ?

So, if you happen to meander on by over my little corner on the net, drop me a comment. I always respond and I just love the interaction.  I know I have readers still, my stats say I do, so WAVING!!!!!!!!

I bought this sign at Marshal's awhile back and it had an entirely different saying, so I painted it and made the saying my own.  I just love how this came out.

(I used my Cricut)
Here are a few others things in my home.  Some are semi homemade .
I just Love, Love, Love cows.  Who doesn't.
I don't eat them either.  Personal choice for me :)

(This is in my dining room )

(This is in my foyer)

I am going to make some Pumpkin Bars to celebrate the beginning of fall.
I will share them when I am finished.

Have a Happy Day!!
You are not broken and you are enough!!
PROMISE!!!

Saturday and Sunday

So, this Saturday we went to breakfast at Golden Corral early.  I had a nice cup of black coffee.  They have such good coffee and my husband loves the breakfast bar especially the omelet station.

After breakfast we headed to Costco.

We usually do Costco every Saturday to stock up on essentials.  Every list every week can be different.  We don't need the same things every week.  Sometimes it is water, sometimes it is cheese and sometimes it is vitamins.  I bought some produce while I was there, I got English cucumbers, tomatoes, celery,  We got hamburger and steaks too.

After Costco we went to Kroger to replace my soda stream, they were out at that Kroger.  We then went to Ingle's grocer and got a few things there that no other store carry's.

We then came home with our groceries.  I happily worked in the kitchen, cleaning and cutting and using my vacuum sealer on some things.

After that, I put on my running shoes and ran 3 miles straight.  Came home and did a peloton yoga class.
I love my Peloton.  GREATEST BIKE EVER!!!!

Made Dinner which was Little Cheddar Meatloaves with Roasted Rutabagas in my ninja foodie
I cut the rutabagas in cubes, put them in a bowl, with oil and garlic salt and roasted them in the ninja for 16 minutes!!  MMMM MMMMM
GOOD!!

Cleaned the kitchen sparkling clean!

Sunday Morning comes and it was one of my favorite morning of all..
CHURCH TIME!!

I go to the best church ever.

I always try and get dressed up and look nice.  I think Church deserves the effort. I love Jesus!

After church we went to another Kroger and replaced my soda stream bottle..yaya, this one had it !!

I changed out of my clothes and put my running shoes on  again....I did another 3 miles..whoop whoop!!

It is supposed to be really hot this coming week and I am super excited.  I love to run in the heat, and I know winter is coming...so I am taking advantage of as many hot days coming up as I can.

After my run, I made lunch.

I food prepped quite a bit and made Chocolatey Brownies...

Made hardboiled eggs.

Prepped veggies.
Made a pasta salad

Laundry is always a go.

I found these laundry boosters, that I really like.  The smell is really beautiful
