Artichokes, the kids and I just love these :)
I just steam them, and eat them plain. My kids like melted butter. When I was growing up, my grandmother would make them on special occasions, and stuff them. I am thinking the stuffing was an Italian thing. She made them wonderfully. Bread crumbs, garlic, parsley and Parmesan cheese and lots of butter :)
I make them more often though, than my Grandmother did.

Today. I took my sweet parrot to the groomers:)
When we got home, she went right to sleep :)
