Remember its Monday, so it means its a new week to get it right.
Let's get it right!!
I did some shopping today at Kroger, and I made a little youtube video of my grocery haul

*(All dinners are served with a fresh green salad and steamed veggies of some sort---I also like to include a starch and a dinner roll of some kind---
of course with the exception of certain meals like tacos)
Monday:
Rotisserie Chicken ~~~~Used that, so I did not heat up the house, on the hottest day of the year :)
Leftover Macaroni and cheese
Corn
and fried potatoes
Monday's dinner, just happened to be very carb laden..oh well, it happens...lol..It's not that serious :)
Tuesday:
**Meatloaf in the crockpot
Mashed potatoes and gravy
Green beans
Wednesday:
Steak and Chicken Quesadillas
Thursday
Beef Roast
with Fingerling Potatoes
carrots
Friday and Saturday are up in the air!...Dinner out one night and takeout another!
Sunday:
Ribeye steak on the grill
Baked potatoes
Baked spaghetti for the vegetarian :)
*Crockpot Meatloaf*
1 1/2 pounds of ground beef
3/4 C skim milk
2/3 C fine plain dried bread crumbs
2 eggs, beaten
2 TBSP minced onion
3/4 t salt
*Crockpot Meatloaf*
1 1/2 pounds of ground beef

3/4 t salt
1/2 t sage (ground)
1/2 C Ketchup
2 T packed brown sugar
1 t dry mustard
Combine first 7 ingredients
Shape into ball
1/2 C Ketchup
2 T packed brown sugar
1 t dry mustard

Shape into ball
Place in crockpot
cook on low 5~6 hours
Turn Crockpot on high
Mix Ketchup, brown sugar and mustard
Poor over meatloaf and cook on high for 15 minutes
Remove and then slice :)

cook on low 5~6 hours
Turn Crockpot on high
Mix Ketchup, brown sugar and mustard
Poor over meatloaf and cook on high for 15 minutes
Remove and then slice :)
