This was my beef roast I made in the crockpot :)
I served it with mashed potatoes and gravy and corn with a salad :)
That was last night's dinner. Tonight was a quick dinner, I was gone most of the day, so when I got home I made baked chicken, stuffing and steamed broccoli with mushroom and carrots.....
