An Old Irish Blessing
May the road rise up to meet you.
May the wind always be at your back.
May the sun shine warm upon your face,
and rains fall soft upon your fields.
And until we meet again,
May God hold you in the palm of His hand.
That Irish Blessing, hangs on my Grandmother's wall--it was given to her by a dear friend, so it has a nice meaning to me:)I made the sugar cookie cake over the weekend, and I have to say, it is my favorite cake EVER!!! I loved it. The recipe is in the post below, just click on the link.
Today we are having a St. Patrick's Day Dinner:Corned Beef and Cabbage
*Potato Soup---Change to Mashed potatoes instead
Green Salad
Vanilla pudding with added green food coloring...LOL
My table will be set all green with my place mats and doilies.
I also add green food coloring in the toilets--Alexis thinks a leprechaun has visited...

ROTFL!!! I LOVE the green food coloring in the toilet ideas! I have never heard of that...I will save that idea for when Liesl is a bit older! How creative you are!
