I made these potatoes and they were really good :) Since it was the first time, I used Parmesan and Cheddar. Next time I will use the cheese listed in the recipe.
Also, I also had to adjust the cooking time. It took longer then the recipe stated. It said to bake 20 minutes the first time, I actually cooked them 40 minutes. I guess it all depends on your oven.
