I just heard about that, too. I was wondering if they would be able to have any more, as she talked on one of the few shows I've seen about her age. Wow! Nineteen kids and one grandchild. What a lot of love to go around!
I love ya Julieann & admire the way you embrace being a mom, wife....
....But gotta say the Duggars drive me CRAZY!! Honestly, can't wait until she stops. This world is a very crowded place, I'd be much more impressed with them if they adopted some of the unwanted children of the world.
Wonder when they'll stop? When she dies in childbirth or when their luck in the gene pool ends? It's not like they still won't be in the news, if their kids are as productive as they are, they'll easily have 100 grandchildren....No worries, reality TV will be in their lives for many more years.
Julieann, You are such an inspiration and I love your blog. As for the Duggars, I, too, cannot understand why someone with the financial means of the Duggars would not adopt unwanted children, which would certainly have more of a positive impact on the world.
I am happy for the Duggar's...any baby is a blessing! BUT..I agree that maybe at this point, they should count their blessings, be thankful that they have 18 beautiful, healthy children and stop getting pregnant. As you age (she's over 40) her chances of having a special needs child are increased SO greatly. I think they could adopt and bring in children that need a loving home like they could provide. And on the note of families....the Gosselin's NEED to be taken off of tv. It breaks my heart to watch it with the turns they have taken. To make their children deal with a divorce so pubically just isn't fair. This is a VERY telling little clip that shows Kate being Kate (I am not a Kate fan). She can deny some things, but when you are on camera denying your child a DRINK of water, then drinking RIGHT in front of her, that is just mean. http://gosselinswithoutpity.blogspot.com/2009/06/kate-denies-water-to-mady.html I cannot imagine a Mother doing that, let alone on camera.
Hi Julie - I'm back from vacation and doing some catch up on my blogs!
