Canisters!

Aren't these just glorious!!! I mentioned to my husband that I wanted these huge glass canisters that I saw at Walmart--well, over the weekend he surprised me and brought these home for me----he told me he wasn't sure how many I wanted and what sizes I wanted, but thought these two would be a nice start---I LOVE THEM. The really big ones is a 2 gallon canister and the other is not....LOL--I forgot what he said it was, but I love them.

    I have one just like that I would say mine is probably a gallon size - I use it for our cookie jar.

    I have a "thing" about canisters... and I LOVE these ones!
    I just wish I had a kitchen big enough to display/use them!

    And what a sweet man, to pick them up for you! I think you have a "keeper" there! ;-)

    And they do look pretty sitting on your white counter tops! Show us a picture when you fill the jars.

    Hi ~ I love those canisters too, I have some smaller ones also from Walmart with the silver/gray screw lids on them and they come in so handy. I keep my flours and sugars in the bigger ones and the smaller ones are for beans etc....
    They do look nice on your counter, but will look even nicer when they have something in them.

    Hi Danielle--yes, Kevin said the big one was 14.00 and the smaller one was 8~~~~ He also said he saw a set at Walmart that had labels on them for 7:)

    Julieanne - I just love those. You know how I prefer glass for containers.

    I use large canning jars to store almost anything, but I love these jars even more.

    What a sweet husband you have for bringing these home for you.
