Good evening!! I am making spaghetti and meatballs tonight for dinner. When Kevin comes home from work I will start my water for the pasta--in the mean time everyone can have some of this appetizer. Italian salsa with baked cheese and garlic toasts.
I just sliced up two tomatoes, put two garlic cloves in a garlic press, added some canola oil and salt and pepper to taste. The cheese toast are in the baked goods section of the grocery store. Enjoy!!!
